What is Unity?

Unity is a cross-platform game engine which is used to create and develop 2D and 3D games and interactive experiences.

Usually I prefer developer roles, but designing can also be fun.

Kinder Flip

A multiplayer couch game, inspired by an Israeli urban legend about a secret weapon stash ("Slick") hidden under a playground during WWII.

The game has two modes: day mode where the kids (the players) play ball, and a scary night mode where monsters are chasing the kids.

Nazi Revealer
Nazi Revealer

An AR app

The goal of the app is to present some unknown truth about Nazi supporters back at the Holocaust. Using Augmented Reality  (AR) I reveal the "real" reality.

In my research I discovered that one of the earlier supporters of the Nazi regime was Hugo Boss, he even designed the Nazi's uniform.

Through the use AR, I "augment" truth on top of seemingly innocent poster, revealing this fact that I found.

I used Unity3D and Vuforia Engine to create the AR app.

Alla Bab Alla
Alla Bab Alla

A 3D game

The game's goal is to balance objects one on top of the other and it is settled in a temple.

The game has a unique mechanism which is not intuitive at first, but after figuring it, it is possible to succeed.

A spiral shader

A material designed by code

I wrote a shader inspired by Escher's work, with the same illusation of spiral transparent colored object.

I created the shader using code only (without an image as texture), the color of each pixel is decided by its position.

I wrote the code of the shader in a way that allows the user to change its properties from the scene: control whether the shader animate or stay static, choose the number of ribbons, animation speed, and the curviness of the ribbons.
